When replacing wishbones is it suggested to renew the bolts/nuts or just reuse existing?
It is "suggested" somewhere to replace the wb bolts. But not considered necessary. Lemforder wb's come with steering knuckle nut and bolt, and nuts for wb bolts. But not the wb bolts themselves. Never replaced the bolts myself.

But regardless, for long term ownership, lemforder then Polly when the main bush fails....or before.

Unless you have a press. Then press new rearward.

Lemforder are worth it for not having to press, and give the best possible rearward bush, and a new ball joint.

Polly are worth it purely on the grounds of not having to break about tightening bolts wheels loaded.

Not cheap in total. But for best results long term.....

....IMO of course.

Shame to sacrifice new front bushes but it's so much easier if you fit the poly's first so that you don't end up laying on your back, on the floor, wedging the front bush hole clear of its hanger so that you can saw through the outer shell  ::), or is it just me getting old.  :(

Yep. All depends on rear bush and if preserving camber setting.

Tunnie has fubar rear bushes, and the camber setting is lost. Plus cash is an issue. And it's arguable if he'll notice any benefit from polly. So suggested fit lemforders, or whatever. But as camber is lost he can remove the steering knuckle to make fitting easier.

Then when the front bush fails or he finds a performance issue, he can fit polly.... Or someone can. ::)

;D ;D ;D Is that 'Yep' it's easier off the car or 'Yep' I'm getting old?  ;D ;D :y   Agree it does seem a waste to not get the use out of the new wishbone before eventually going down the poly front bush route.  :y
