headlight adjuster (UPDATE)

Just took a few pictures today to show everyone the problem that i have and maybe someone can help

It appears that the wishbone was replaced with one that didn`t have the pre-drilled holes for the "toggle" arm part of the sensor and hence has not been fitted

i was thinkin along those lines couldn't see anywhere that anything could connect to.

Mine was the same. It's obviously too hard to drill a 6.5mm hole, so breaking the arm off the sensor makes much more sense! Quite how you would explain to the customer that changing the wishbone causes a 'headlight aim' warning every time the car's started is beyond me.

Is there a sensor on the rear aswel if so what side and where abouts

Yes, near side radius arm - same switch, just a different bracket.  :y

(the sensor on the driver's side is for you self levelling suspension  ;))

No. Both near side sensors talk to each other to keep the lights level.

The driver's side sensor just does the suspension & is a completely separate system from the HID level sensors.  :y
