I'm using a Belkin G router, and if one of our tech whizzes can  tell me why this should occur I would be delighted.:y
I suspect it's down to build quality because almost every "domestic" router I have used has occasionally had to be reset due to connectivity problems in one form or another, some of them on an almost weekly basis (eg, the newer Netgears).
I currently use a TL-R4299G dual WAN router that has been faultless to date, but I doubt many here will want to spend almost £200 on a hard wired only router.

Er...no! :y

I don't suppose this helps, but if you run through a router try resetting it. I have now two websites which ocsnly, will not load, reset the the router, Bingo! Go figure. ??? ??? ???

Yes it worked, very happy now, can leave some feed back. Many Thanks

What you could try, to stop it happening again.....is put a time switch on the router.....i used to have connectivity probs about once a week, resetting the router fixed it. Now mine turns off at midnight and back on again at 5am.....dont have any issues now  :y

Good plan, if I could fit a timer in amongst the spagetti to the trailing extension. Why hasn't someone devised a one plug connector for all the computer bits?
