windscreen washers
« on: 09 January 2012, 20:02:29 »

For whatever reason a previous owner fitted washer jets into the 'bonnet'. The old washer jets are still in the scuttle. Is it an easy job to put right? Apart from sorting the holes in the bonnet that is. God knows why this has been done. Also the jets are crap. Hardly anything coming through. Although there may be shite in the system. Nothing coming out of headlight washers or rear window.
Cheers in advance for any advice.

Its an 03 elite estate.

Check the top hat gromit the pump plugs into in the water bottle. It has a filter integrated into it which may need clearing, ESP if run with no screen wash at any point.
