You may well have to stick with the cutting-edge in broadcasting that is UTV, John.

Or, if you want something more 'civilised' (but not by much) ITV London can be found on Sky 993. - Both best avoided in my experience.

Funny, was just thinking that maybe its not available in NI? Despite still being part of UK
Although it's an old thread it may provide a work around;
http://www.avforums.com/forums/freesat/773188-itv-hd-not-available-northern-ireland-scotland.htmlIf you are a jazz fan you'll also find that Jazz FM is unavailable on the 'National' DAB radio system within the curtilage of Northern Ireland - due to licensing issues.
Or
Should you wish to avail of offers made to those who subscribe to Weight Watchers on the mainland you’ll find them unavailable to similar fatties in Northern Ireland.
Or
Should you wish to purchase a 47KG bottle of gas you’ll find it considerably more expensive there than it is on the mainland.
The list could go on, but that’s for another thread.
