Can't remember what exactly is on the circuit but the alarm/ immobiliser is also on that fuse aswell as heated seats. reverse lights/park pilot and a few other toys, Only thing i can think of is the immobiliser cuts in when power goes. Seemed silly to me that if the reverse lights blew a fuse the engine wouldn't start, you would of thought they would cause the problem on a sensible circuit like when the brake lights fuse goes lol
