I agree, maybe not salt but certainly some salts would useful.  Flat coke is fanastic for rehydration, it is a slight dihuretic but too bad, the effects of which can be countered with more water which is insufficient for complete rehydration.

Well it all worked out well, 10 mins huffing and puffing in Primark etc got me kicked into the pub and now we are both suitably merry.

Coke worked but only with lashngs of vodka Guffer !! :y :y :y :y :y

To avoid further discomfort, you must now stay drunk until Jan 2nd.

although late.....

hangover is a state of being poisoned..  so try not to eat for some time..

big glass of soda + small spoon of lemon juice.. and some salt (very tiny may be 1/200 of a small spoon)

then oxygen + walking ( or running if your condition permit)  , if not possible take a cold shower ..

Rubbish.....A nice big greasy fry up and large mug of tea......works a treat if you can keep the fry up down  :y :y

Surely as a hangover is basically dehydration.....thats why you have a headache....coz the brain has shrunk slightly....salt is going to make it worse  :-\ :-\

if you can keep them down ;D ;D ;D

besides your electrolyte level is disturbed.. salt will handle this..

Not a drinker now cem , gave all that up 10 years ago  :) But remember those dizzy hangover days and rushing to the toilet saying never again  ::)
Still have an appetite for a decent fry up once a month  :P
