Opposite occurrence.. bought an item last week, it arrived Tuesday ... I tested it and found an intermittent fault, annoying to say the least.

e-mailed the seller asking what he wished to do explaining the fault and the fact it was intermittent.

Received an email back within the hour telling me to skip the faulty goods and that a replacement would be sent out that day.

Replacement arrived this morning. Tested and works fine.

Not ALL sellers are dishonest retards, some actually do try and run proper business models.
