Why do...
« on: 29 May 2008, 13:42:46 »

...people click "buy it now" on eBay, with no intention at all of following through with the sale :(  >:(

I now have to relist it, and start again  :'(

 >:( You`ve every-right to feel angry James; those tossers time-wasters seem to make a hobby out of it!....`do report them to eBay, I`d like to think eBay will do something if enough folks complain about this growing problem. :(

`Wishing you better luck with the re-listing. :y

Just scrape off the Nokia label, replace it with Sony and let TheBoy loose with a sammy! It won't fetch as much but what price satisfaction? ;D

I only ever use buy-it-now format listings without bids, my stuff is usually priced to sell, and i always use the "immediate payment required" paypal setting, meaning unless a payment is made, the auction stays live

i feel this is the only way. its a shame that this is what it comes to, occasionally i get seemingly genuine buyers who dont have paypal and therefore cant buy my item but there's no other secure way of stopping my listing being ruined
