Quick Q, Whats the best ATF to use in a 51reg Vectra?

Same Fuchs Titan 4000 as the Omega?

Might need to double check with the dealer but, it will be a run of the mill Aisin AW autobox which normally has DexII

If it is, would you go the fuchs 3000?  or a different choice?

And isnt that suitable for power steering as well?
