I'm glad to see so many of you happy with ETS!
I was absolutely crazy with the price of original...
That made my day.
Thank you all.

I too have an ETS one on my 1998 3.0l saloon, and happy with it.

I had Eternal Car ones on before, and still have one on the 2003 3.2l saloon. I cannot tell difference between ETS and Eternal Car. Both are on a par with the current genuine GM ones.

The only issue for facelift saloons is the exhausts aren't quite as long as old style GM ones, so may benefit a trim piece - I'd recommend fitting, then deciding if you want a trim piece.

The current gm replacement is not as good as the original factory fit exhaust. In fact having owned one, I'd say the current ETS ones are far better than the current gm ones, with double skinned mid sections. Its quieter, better made, lasts longer from rust, and there have been no reports of the ETS ones blocking, where as the internal wadding comes loose on the current gm ones.

A big, chavvy back box would sort that out, surely?
