Not really no and arsy sarcasm isn't welcomed

Who mentioned vxr injector because I didn't? They Wouldnt ever be of any use. be high flow rate for turbo application.

I asked about 3.0/2.5 because got offered a set simply seeing if same flow rate and work ok .. They aren't same so all good I'll hold out for 3.2 injectors

Altering spark plugs only good if altering thermal efficiency of engine or running forced induction to get right burn.

Air filter pointless half the time a cone will cause heat soak and a updated panel filter will kill a man sensor or not be as efficient as a genuine one
Fuel rate isn't an issue on any Omega, and seeing as forced induction isn't really suitable for the V6 (Ok, maybe the 3.2 could take very light blowing), sticking to the right ones is the best route.

As I'm sure you know, all the usual BS in the likes of Max Power and Courtney catalogues is a complete, total waste of time, written by chavs not knowing their arse from their elbow (in case of journalists) or because they know a fool and his money are easily parted (in the case or some commercial outlets).  Uprated FPRs and bigger injectors just cause the ECU to trim it all back, but making it less efficient in the process.
