Got fed up with wasting time giving them the run around, so these days I just tell them they are low life thieving scum fraudsters, cee you next tuesday and to ff fade away.

If they persist I tell them to keep talking as I perform a route trace, to get and pass their details on to the police and be scared every time there is a knock on the door as one of those will be the police and their cell appointment with Big Winston who will rag their butt, all day, every day, till it bleeds.

By this point they have always got the message and rung off. ;D ;D ;D

Just wondering . . . . . has anyone pressed a "personal alarm" down the phone at them, once your sure that it's not the mother in law ?

Andy B - bet you never signed up to TPS, that's when my nightmare of unsolicited calls started. Fkucwits.

I did ..... many years ago. But as Lizzie says,  they're less than useless.
I genuinely believe that they sold my number on to their members (TPS is run by the cold calling industry), as I had probably 1 or 2 a month before signing up, to now several a week within 2 months of signing up.

I believe this is how they work. They hand over a "Blacklist" of numbers to their industry partners so that they know never to call them. :-X
