It looks as though it weighs SFA  so the standard 2 litre 4 pot lump made them pretty quick. A big V8 can only improve things. :)

I was shocked by the sheer amount of V8 Vivas, Firenzas, Magnums etc. when I typed V8 Viva into YouTube. There are shed loads of them, so fitting a V8 must have been a common conversion. I know some were rallied/grass tracked etc in V8 guise. It appears that the Rover 3.5 V8 engine was the most common swap due to its light weight.

The price seems quite reasonable for a Mustang with a V8.

Specs say 5 litres and I believ they were 4.7 in the sixties, so probably fitted with a later V8 lump.  :y
