anyone know why/how the camera's set to as low as 35mph whereas in birmingham my friend got let off with a 'strong word' for doing 40 in a 30?

That bloody camera in Leigh Sinton got me at 37mph a couple of years ago, it was pissing down with rain and i was concentrating on the road rather than the speedo, it's a biatch because you come in on a 60mph road and suddenly it's a 30ggggggrrrrrr
