I know people who have be prosecuted for it - most of my old colleagues ;D

Never heard of anyone stopped for having a fag...

The latest one on telly .. the Scouser with the 'bit of bread' .... IIRC she was done for not being in control of the car. A bit different from eating & driving. It might amount to the same thing in some cases but not actually the same, IMHO

Im quite often found swerving from lane to lane or lane too footpath while rolling a cigi...not worried about crashing as thats why we have insurance isnt it. ;D ;D

Brent Knoll for a pee, Okehampton for a pee and gas.

Will admit to using laybys rather than services occasionally as sometimes you cannot get into services. (While going on holiday)
