Discount doesn't equal free though Jaime, and "free" went out of the window when they moved over to a decent encryption system.

Having said that, most of the crap that is broadcast on Sky is also available on VM....and their encryption system isn't worth a wank

Neither do I, we have separate internet to our SkyHD. But if its free

I have Sky BB and phone (as well as TV) -- am reasonably happy with them all --- for the cost.

Support is awful, but haven't needed them much. Router, now 2 years old, seems to be giving up the ghost --- don't hold out much hope for help.

Phone went down once in a couple of years and was put back very quickly.
