Windows 7 Help Please.

I personaly have had noting at all to do with windows 7 or even seen it working, saying that only had a few sesions on vista.

My mate has just rung up with a queary regards emailing and not having outlook express,

Is there anything installed regards email as he has mentioned having to dowload something.

I am clueless at this as mentioned abovem any advice would be appreciated.  TIA.  :y :y

Windows live mail, part of the same suite as messenger is what he wants  :y
