Well impressed on the print quality 

You cannot tell the difference between the original ink carts and the CIS

CIS i used was supplied by City Ink Express

Kevin mentioned these a while and I think we have the same printers, when I checked they had run out of stock and I forgot all about it.

I dont have that problem 

That photo printer sits upstairs in my 'office', where theres space to let prints to dry properly, avoiding fingerprints.

I'll stick with my colour laser....

I have had no end of injet printers in the past and paid some serious money for them too, but, all of them have let me down at some point due to heads clogging, which wouldn't clean out.

The other big issue I had with them was during a long print run, you could pretty much guarantee jets blocking, leading to poor results...  Admittedly The last one I had was about 5 years ago and I know that designs change and Inks change, but, the laser does its job suitably enough, no ink bleed either...

Just been looking at this CIS....I reckon it would still leak ink if knocked over, outa the tank air vents.

The CIS from City Ink Express, once you remove the bungs from the air vents, you push fit air filters, looks like they have paper filters in them.

One reason I went for the City Ink express system, was the tanks are in a 2x3 arrangement (if you have a printer with 6 ink carts) as appose a 1x6 arrangement.....so should be more stable.

Yep, I wouldn't regard any of them as child friendly, and the ink is a real pain to get off anything it touches.

Even if the container were sealed, the little silicone hoses pull out of the dummy cartridges pretty easily. It'd only take a few drops to trigger a decorating job, new carpet and clothes shopping spree.
