Hell did i hurt my left hip!!!! i can`t walk proper now..... i go to bed last night and wake this morning in so much pain and discomfort i`m currently taking ibruprofen and water to kill the pain.... can you dislocate sumat and not even know you`ve done it?? mind you its got me out of doing the patrols on the somme.... i mean building site i`m covering tonight....  :o 8-)

yeah my brother gets that down his left side cause of the fused discs in his spine cause of an industril injury he suffered back in th early 90`s
