Morning all,

After having JamesV6CDX work his magic on my LPG yesterday, he's suggested re-routing the pipework and injectors to make it more efficient.
He recommends a replacement inlet manifold and plenum.

Question: Is it best to stick with a direct 3.0 replacement manifold/plenum or get one off a 3.2 (if it's the same?)

He also said about getting the new manifold drilled for the LPG injectors, is there anyone that is able to do this please?

This can't be done just yet due to finances (still out of work) and having an knee op in 3 weeks, so looking at costs so I can save up fot it, along with cambelt/cam covers/water pump & powersteering pump

Got a 3.0ltr inlet with injectors for £25 posted if you need one

You need the 3.0 plenum, it's different. No icv or egr inlet on a 3.2.

Hi RobG,

I'm going on what James explained:  are the injectors low down on the manifold and angled downwards?
He said that it's more efficient rather than pointing 90deg to the airflow.

I suspect RobG's inlet just has the petrol injectors, not drilled for LPG  :-/
