...and if you take it to VX Main Stealers Cawdor Cars of Pwll, Llanelli, it'll take them well over 6 months from ordering the fob to actually getting it working.
That's after they'd already fleeced my mate by changing spill pipes on his Astra diesel that didn't need changing and charging him £90...and we still had to tow the vehicle away from there.  The parts at GMF would have come to £10 and taken 15mins to change.

Their uniform should be a striped black and white jumper and a mask.

Yup VX Stealers  make up the prices one in Leeds quoted £25 for key & cutting +£25 for the fob + £50 programming so thought nuts to that bought cheapo blank key off egay & a used key too with fob cost me about £ 15 i think all together then at time was working for VX dealer part time (just driving) so took key (already cut to same as mine £3 at local locksmiths !) and fob ...said like this programming   answer £89 , just like that !! i said but i have the key/fob  I only need it progamming £89, he says.. I asked about my discount  10% off for that  So thought no way.. then casually called at small Vx dealer in Yorkshire asked can you programme me a key..yes sir £25 !!! wow  this is good left the car went back an hour later , sorry sir it wont program where did you get the fob from i explained egay  Aggh he says its not suitable for your Omega, so asked how much do I owe you nothing he rep[lied as we havnt managed to do anything !! Goes out to car started it up  & drove off then realised the key was the one he couldnt program   "result" alas it wont open doors with remote but does start the car perfectly !! A gent

The immobiliser chip is seperate from the RF remote, and need programming separatley, so they must have manged on the chip, but failed on the remote, probably due to it being megamos when you have delphi or vice versa
