electrical fault

can anybody help,when starting car lights on dash and head lights flicker for about 30 seconds then seems o.k only does if first started or stopped then when you started again,but after that it is o.k,hope some one can help,was told by brother it could be voltage regulater,if so where is it :y :y :y

Check battery terminals are tight? Or would the car stall as well?

battery terminals are tight and no it does not stall runs o.k :y :y :ysorry about the hugh pic will try to sort it
