Some people say that Omegas FL were the first ones with DIII. In this situation there would be a DIII listed as an Omega fluid. Unfortunately there was only DII, so it means that DIII was never supplied to these boxes. Any services Omega has DII.

As per engine oil – oil change from 10W40 to 0W40 after ca 100k will increase oil consumption, clean all deposits (“seals” especially under piston rings) and eventually reduce oil pressure. Don’t want to argue about it as it’s not my opinion but a fact I’ve seen.

Dex3 IS avaliabel from Vauxhalls and i have some on the shelf

Part Number is 93160372
Opel KAT Number is 19 40 712
On the bottle it reads

GETRIEBEOL
TRANSMISSION OIL
HUILE BO ITE DE VITESSES
DEXRON III

Can be found on EPC under "workshop materials" page 2-9
