Facelift Door Cards
« on: 16 February 2009, 20:28:08 »

My front doors interior panels are loose, the passenger one is the worst..i have read the 'how to' but wondered if mine are damaged?
The passenger side pulls out at the top....

If you pull it it moves out from the top to roughly where the wood panel strip is.....is there a common problem here,i.e is it bust somewhere,or is it a case of not been put on properly,or do they work themselves loose??

Just wanted to check first before i go pulling it off....

Can someone also tell me how the plastic lock cover is removed..........

Without breaking it ;D

if its anything like the prefacelift then the door card has a plastic channel glued to the back which hooks over the top lip of the door, a couple of mine came adrift so i had to evo-stick them back on then they stayed put :y :y
