check the vac soleniod for the HBV, or just take the vac pipe up and run car up to temp, see if it gets hot

Might b a stupid question but where is the vac pipe?

On top of the HBV, i think my soleniod is being sticky, i just popped the vac pipe off, means all cooling water goes through the heater matrix = all nice toasty warm  8-)

where abouts on the car is the HBV Tunnie? soi know where to look  :y

V6, i think its behind the engine block on the left? I have been known to be wrong though  ::)

Hopefully not this time lol thanks again :)

Rite Tunnie tried that. Both pipes in and out off the the heater r hot but only luke warm in the car now any other ideas????????????

hummm, guess an airlock? if its hot going and out, then coolant is going into the heater matrix, which means all should be dandy  :-/
