Help needed cooling system
« on: 22 December 2009, 16:39:24 »

1st thing is its not over heating. The water will not reach the heater matrix r that what it feels like. i flushed the system a month ago and replace the antifreez 4 the winter. ever since then the 2 pipes 2 the heater r only slightly warm, thus giving no heat inside the car. I removed 1 off the pipes and sort off bled it through. This helped a little but now its gone back 2 cold again. Any 1 with any ideas please. Oh its gas converted as well and its not working now as the water is not heating up on that pipe. Thanks all :)

check the vac soleniod for the HBV, or just take the vac pipe up and run car up to temp, see if it gets hot

Its not because we are being picky, its just not everyone is used to txt speak, also it causes problems when search engine bots trawl the site to index it for searches  :y
