im going to change my auto box fluild soon and came across this  http://www.sandyblogs.com/techlink/2009/05/dexron-vi.html, looks like i will be using dexron 6 for the change as it's backwards compatible with older Gm transmissions. (now with added link  ;)  )

Hi

For what it costs the ATF4000 Dexron III is very good, the things like Redline D6 and Fuchs ATF6000 are very expensive if you don't need them.

By the way, we've got a free shipping offer, spend over £25 and use the code FREESHIPJAN and we pay it for you. That lasts until Sunday.

Cheers

Tim

drop both sumps and you will use 6-7 litres, think the system is 9 in total, but you cant get it all.

I get 2 x 5 litres, have plenty then
