Power steering pump

I have  power steering with servotronic and when i turn the wheel left or right max there is a crunch noise and if i throttle up the sound dissapears. i guess that the pump is haveing its last days but my question is if the servotronig pump is different from that without servotronic.

I think the pump is the same regardless and its an ecu / relay that control it.

thank you for your answer.. i was really woried about that because i cand find any facelift models here but minifacelift are a lot and i can easyly get one from them :).
