DON'T use silicon mastic the diesel will eat through it use blue hylomar instant gasket

photos would help my engine is very dirty ive only just bought this car and not had the time to clean the engine yet it is leaking oil from somewhere at the front high up not sure where untill i clean it off as the fan has splattered it everywhere
when is your pump being fitted and whats wrong with the old pump

The oil is coming from the pipe above the rad that says turbo diesel it's split

Its a common one. I've just bought some 57mm alloy tubing and a 57mm silicone 90 deg hose to do away with the plastic turbo diesel bit

Did you complete this mod

I managed by pure chance to get one from a very nice chap at dealer. I was buying a maf and I mentioned about it and he said there was one on the shelf that has sat for over 2 years and for a £10 its mine.mine now
I priced doing it with hoses and was working out around £80.00 mark.The problem was finding one that can handle the preasure and not expand to much or burst.

It cost me £26 for the alloy pipe and 90 deg silicone hose and its a proper turbo silicone hose and good for 15 bar
