Heater controls set to hot, blowers on, let engine idle with expansion tank cap removed, "burp" top hose for a few minutes

Blocking in the Heater Matrix I'd hazard a guess at.

No Rob how do I do that Mate, and as your speaking to another member about cooling fans, this whole mess resulted from me changing the fan switch, because I was convinced that 1 or both fans should kick in on low speed around low 90s instead of 98 99deg,also I thought those 2 turbo props on the front where the cooling fans, because they certainly dont come on if I switch on Air Con :-?

There is a link in his post to the 'HowTo'  :y

Is your Air-Con Working?  i.e. Very cold air at the vents?  I suppose not if the fans dont kick in.

Get an Air-Con specialist to have a look and re-gas.  :y

On mine the first fan kicks in at 95 and although i've not had the second one kick in i'd imagine it would kick in at 100?

Too many Stella's, but if I recall.... Mine will start stage 1 fan at around 93 and then kick in Stage 2 (Hurricane Mode) at 98.

Temperature gagues are notoriously wrong, so a couple of degrees either way shouldnt matter.

BINGO MATE,thank you so much, :y now I know that Bloody Mig has not been right since I bought her last Oct,shes not done more than 800 miles since then, but I do not feel comfortable with the fans waiting until high 90s b4 they kick in even then that look like they are on slow speed to me >:(.
I will check out that link on Flush reverse flush first Mate, will go 2 VX tomorrow and buy some Red Anti freeze, see if I can shift that Air lock and get back 2 b4,then Ill put up a post 4 info on tackling the fan problem.Once again thanks 4 all the info :y :y.GOT 2 sign off now Mate as wife wants 2 go 2 La La Land ;)
cheers John
