Radio CCRT 700
« on: 05 February 2009, 13:40:38 »

Hi,
had a few probs in the last couple of months cost a few quid as I'm sure you guys know!
Anyway I have now used up the 10 attempts on the radio code. I do have the correct code just made a mistake. Please tell me this is not going to cost me more money is there a way around the ( take to the dealer scenario )
appreciate any ideas thanks.

Its an expensive fix - that why you always stop after 3 bad attempts!

Dave DND can decode, failing that, I'm sure Elite Pete/Loo-knee will sell you a replacement. If you go down replacement route, ensure you get the right bose/non bose config.

Max tries is 10. After 2 attempts, a timer starts, initially at 10mins, increasing up to 11hrs...

remember the time doubles you have to leave it switched on between attempts  :y

I dont know for definite, but think its cheaper to supply a code, than decode a locked unit.

Saying that, are you in now?

In case of CCRT700, it is not possible to supply an unknown code, so its the same as unlocking
