in experience here...the adjusters are always broken, or so brittle they break in the post / on fitting.

Get these, and job done for life.

ive broken one in the past just pushing a new sidelight bulb in!  So fragile  >:(

Andy those adjusters are not for me to change.. its too complicated and i don't know what is best to reseal the headlight because i don't have here the products you have there.

chris what nylon toothed wheel?? is that suposed to be turning or not?
Yes. Turn the Alan key in the adjuster on top of the headlight, which turns the nylon wheel on the back of the headlight which turns the internal adjuster inside the light, or whatever goes on inside the light, I've never been in there.

You may need to help the nylon wheel turn with one hand as you turn the adjuster with the other. I have a ratchet screw driver with alan key bit that makes the job a lot easier. It's a pita with a normal Alan key and takes forever.

Basickly, if the teeth in the nylon wheel at the back of the light have worn away or broken off then the beam will not move anyway.
