:( For the past 8 years i've had a Ford Galaxy which we've used as a second car when we needed to go out as a family - trips down to Cornwall or up to the northumberland coast etc , we decided that as the 2 biggest kids do their own thing now, time had come to sell the Gal ,it was advertised on flea bay, sold, and today-collected , couldn't believe how bad i felt as i watched my baby being driven off,  anybody else felt this way when they've sold a car ?

Yep!! :'( :'( :'(

Its not unusual - had this when i sold my MV6 about 5 years ago, then with the Jag ( but not as much earlier this year)

I noticed that too Tony. Hi Markie, what a blast from the very distant past. Glad to see you're still keeping an eye on us after all these years & hope you & yours are well. Guy.

Regarding letting cars go i wish i still had every car i've ever owned, even the sheds i bought as a youngster. If i had the room i'd be one of those you read of in classic car mags that died & left a huge collection of wrecks scattered about!
