Its a mix of things mate. Cant get off to sleep, headaches, wake up loads in the night appetite all over place.

considering what you have gone & going through it must be playing badly on you Dan, as i said, im sure things can only get better for you, try & keep a cool head & dont let it get too much on top of you. im only up in burton mate! anytime. :y

we had a decorator on a job that would sleep walk and get into bed with the other decorator. landlady of the digs caught them in bed asleep together one morning :o :o

wifey is going through a phase of singing in her sleep  :o :o

It's not that uncommon, there's no cure for it afaik.

You might get referred to local sleep clinic, there isn't much a doctor will be able to do about it imo.

And here's me thinking a vital part of the vacuum cleaner had gone missing! :D ;D
Sorry to hear you're having problems mate, sleepwalking isn't as funny as it sounds is it?  Btw, if the quack prescribes Diazepam to 'calm you down', ask nicely if there is something less potent as that stuff is not nice at all even in small dosages! :( Best of Luck  :y
