2.2 DTI blow engine sudden
« on: 28 February 2012, 19:45:09 »

Hello I own a opel omega 2.2 dti 2001 with 180,000 kms. I bought the car in August not rolling! I then deposited at Bosch and it changed me on the injection pump. But since she drives to blows! I already changed the air flow meter, the EGR valve, solenoids, I even changed my engine computer but the problem is still there. I already removed my gauge to clean well, all my filters are new so ...
is what you can help me please? thank you

the blow to occur regardless of gear position, when I accelerate or decelerate very slightly I! If I press hard on the accelerator pedal they do not feel the bottom!
Then if I accelerate in the first and I normally keeps the engine reaches saturation and makes a noise: brac brac brac!
if I'm in cruise control it does also in the acceleration or deceleration of light!

the blow to occur continuously engine hot or cold!

When I close off the valve leading to the EGR valve I don't have blow! Unfortunately the engine light comes on after a while and I go into degraded mode!

please help me!  :-[
If you can write in a good english because I use GOOGLE TRANSLATION .         mdr       :y

I'm sure someone knowledgeable will come along soon.  ;)

I understand that you have used google translate but what do you mean by blow? ???

I guess it is EGR related if you say that turning it off cures it so you could try giving the EGR a good clean or blank it off

Sounds like maybe the turbo is cutting in and out? Check for leaks in the vacuum pipe network, especially if you have retrieved p0400 (E.G.R. dtc's) via diagnostics.

I'm sure some members of this Forum are fluent in the French language...
