Petrol to diesel conversion..
« on: 06 March 2012, 21:21:28 »

Hi I have just put a 2.5td into a 3L omega, I done all my wiring at the plugs beside the battery (x2 and x3)
At first I couldn't get her to start and I had to bring power to the solenoid on the injector pump and she started no problem. can anyone tell why the solenoid is not opening? I believe I have all the wiring done correctly. There is power going to the ecu but the ecu is not sending power to the solenoid, Could this be a immobiliser problem?

Nope. Alarm is completely separate from the immobiliser. :y
