Rocker Cover Gaskets & the black sealant please. It seems as though next weekend I might be getting my hands dirty      I've read the guide to do it & how to clean the breathers just wondering how much I'm gonna get stung for.

Very rough.. about 50 quid plus sealant.

Price wise, it's probably around £50 mark for the gaskets, and then a few nuggets for the O rings and sealant, so not bank breaking.

I recommend an oil change afterwards too

Thanks guys, I'd just got me 'ead underneath to do the oil & filter when I noticed the black gold drippin down the back of the engine. Stuck my hand down the back of the camcover    to say it was leaking was an understatement  Now I'm wonderin what I'll find when I remove the 2 disc-paks

i bought whole kit off andy and it comes to grand total of 78 quid i think it was, cant find reciept now

Sealant's only £3something on TC. lUCKILY THE CAR ALREADY HAS THE NEW gaskets... just got to fit them correctly

Thanks for the offer Andyc, I've just been to my local & very friendly (btw) Vaux dealer. I had a chat & he looked up the parts needed, came back to me and said ' I'll put em through Trade for you at £80 but I'll have to order some O-rings as we only have 10 of em' so I don't think I did bad there? pick the bits up tomoz & then the fun starts. Just another quick Q - How long does the sealant need to go off / set?
