If you are thinking of going to the Lakes Meet any chance you can post what dates suit you.
Then we can get it organised :)

Same as last is fine? But so far nothing booked around then currently.

Only issue was the midges. Apart from that it was fine with us tbh.

Midges were a royal pain in the arse Chris I agree, but alot of sites i have contacted up around that area don't want Groups plus don't want to allow working on cars... So not really got any choice. Unless someone knows of a site they have been before and will be ok for what we want to do.

Didn't Chopsdad sort out a new venue?

Don't know how we contact him, though.

Tried Burns Farm?  Actually,, don't bother ;D

The site works for us. OK, its basic for facilities, on a slope, but the only issue last time was the midges.  I don't recall them being a problem the year before?

Given that they allow groups, and a bit of spanner twirling, I'm happy enough with the site, esp as the owners only pester DLK

Dates, any time early summer makes sense. Selfishly, not 2nd half of June, as I can't make that ::)

6th and 7th July then?

Might want to avoid this weekend, as that's when the VBOA National Weekend @ Billing is.  :y
