Well firstly you are callin maria, marie.

i am marie but oh well.

well i have been training from 1000  to 1400 today and i have more off the same tomorrow.

My arms are killin me. i have bruses all the way down them. but then thats what i get from  playin vollyball ;D ;D ;D

nope the indoors type.... i actually was sweating today. normally i dont but god it was a good work out!

My wifes M.E. is giving her grief today so she is laid out and i am looking after little miss Jay w

spent the morning stripping off the knackered cylinder head from sister-in-laws new car, next weekend we refit a new one and give her the car

Oh yeah and giving my new Omega a cautious once over as well.....
