How come my jar of supermarket honey has a use by date of 16/01/13 ?

They'd have to stand up ..............  ;D ;D ;D It's a tall side by side fridge freezer.


Ironically my Dad has been an undertaker for the past umpteen years & I've 'helped out' at a few funerals to make up the numbers.  ;) ;)
