Did the garage you used fit genuine Vauxhall gaskets and clean the breathers out?

Poor workmanship/parts I'm afraid  :'(

Next you will hear a myth about warped covers to hide incompitence ;)

Genuine gaskets and o-rings, torqued to 8Nm, no more, no less.

You've wasted your time and more importantly your money :(. Read the guide on here, you need to use genuine parts and clean the breathers

Its a pity your so far away. It might be worth printing the how to off and take it to your local garage and ask them to do it again but properly and with genuine parts. If they haven't sorted the problem the first and second time, they shouldn't charge you to put it right.
