heavy weight champions.. please read this..
« on: 30 March 2012, 14:24:01 »

 :-\ :-\ :(

ok.. I feel the responsibility to warn our members.. its been nearly 2 weeks mum is in hospital and
so conditions force me to see some different aspects of life..  she has some excess weight, have heart, diabates
and kidney problems.. but apart from health problems this excess weight threaten her life more than anything :(

she hardly moves in bed,  in and out of bed.. cant walk alone and a few times dropped herself.. we were lucky
she didint  break anything..  :(  and 2 days after tomography doctors said she also have a lesion above left kidney
around 11 cms size..

we all have health problems even in younger ages.. but I think we have to plan our old ages if we are lucky to live that much.. so if you think you have some excess weight,  visit a doctor and take a diet for yourself.. when you become old
your wife/husband whoever helps you may not be able to carry you.. and even yourselfes.. :(

Sorry to hear about your mum, Cem. You don't mention how old she is, but I know that being overweight at an advanced age is not good. It can lead to all sorts of complications if you fall ill, even with something completely unconnected.
As for warning people, I think there's enough information about to put anyone off. But people are very good at making very bad choices.

I hope she feels a little better soon and try not to worry too much as that will start to affect you.

I'm sorry to hear about your mum and wish her a speedy recovery.

My weight has crept up by about 4kg over the winter, so I'm now exercising more and watching what I eat, so my weight is beginning to drop.
