Speedo Problem

Right guys i have a problem with my speedo head ive sourced a replacement and running on that but its a 100,000 miles more than the original.

Basically my original dash everything works except the mileometer, can anyone repair it or have the knowledge to do so be much appreciated  :y

Is the speedo not working either? If not, then I would say replacing the clocks won't help?

how do i do it though do i remove the front casing and just adjust it from the front or is it more complex?

speedo revs temperature fuel and lights all work fine it is just literally mileometer

Remove cluster, access the wheels/cogs from the rear. Practice on your knackered one

right ive got mine hear and it has a clear plastic surrounding the gears (So without sounding retarded how do i adjust)

ive always managed to do with a small flathead screwdriver, can flick the cogs round but dont press too hard or youll scratch numbers off
