I have added the Poll for people who are genuinely thinking of coming to this Meet. Don't want that to come across rude but I am sure you understand what I mean.

The sooner we decide what weekend we want the more chance we have of getting it.

No choice but to say July, as I'll be around 1500 miles away on the June date

Either be my smal tent, or perhaps look at possibility of sharing a static with someone, so save lugging the roofbox all the way up, cost dependent...

I know Mike has several tents so may want to use it if you cant go otherwise.
Other than that I can ask for other dates but the availability of statics will be less if any. For me it does not matter, but it may do for others.
