For those that are interested, I thought I'd post up a couple of pictures of my new daily hack for my commute to work...

Just increase your following distance by around tenfold, compared to Omega brakes  ;D

It actually stops on a dime, believe it or not.  :y

It's a 1.6 diesel, and my parents bought it back in 1989 when it was 12 months old and had covered 10k miles.  It was our family car, and my mum used it to ferry us to school in.  I learnt to drive and passed my test in it.  Eventually it became the 2nd car, and my dad used it to get to work and back.  He's now retired, so it was just sitting in the garage doing nothing.  It's now covered a mere 70k!  ;D

My parents kindly gave it to me, and I've spent about 300 quid on it.  Cambelt, full service, glow plugs, battery, complete exhaust, gear linkage, rear brake cylinders, etc.  Now it's ready to run on waste cooking oil, for cheap as chips (excuse the pun) motoring!  ;D

I genuinely didn't think you'd want it.  :-[  I'm sure I've got enough spare letters here to make up 2 lots.  I'll have a nosey when I get chance.  :y
