He may or may not be,but he is also imo probably the best driver since Senna.

Well I watched some really exciting motorsport today at Thruxton. British Superbikkes came to town and it was bloody excellent if just a little cold  :)

He certainly has a true desire to race, unlike the majority. Not entirely sure he is at the same level of man/machine as Senna. Button is also, IMHO, a great driver, but lacks the desire, and is happy to follow, rather than attack (much like the rest of them).

Shithead Schu, as much as I don't like the bloke, did have (and hopefully will re-find) that almost Senna-esque ability to get more than 100% out of the car. And always played very hard, winning was everything, even if it meant 2 cars going for the space of one.  The great man Senna wasn't exactly pure as the driven snow in this respect.

IMHO BTCC has always been the same, if you can't get past give them a nudge on a corner and off they go ::)

Didnt say he was on Sennas level (he isnt),but the best since Senna.
Senna was hard as nails on the track,Scummacher is also hard as nails.Difference imo - Scumacher is a cheat and doesnt have a sporting bone in his body.He has driven bent cars most of his career,he has caused many accidents which could have maimed or killed people. He has deliberately driven other drivers off the track time & time again. The only person I remember Senna doing that to was Prost, and everyone seems to forget that prost did the same thing to him at the same track the previous year.Scumacher doesnt care how he get the result as long as the results state that he crossed the line first. Senna actually had a very strong set of ethics, although admittedly they didnt always seem to be the same as everyone elses,or even make sense sometimes.
I find it interesting that Hamilton constantly mentions Senna and Gilles Villenueve as his heros / influences, but has never mentioned Scumacher in those terms.
