Its stopped raining , damage assessment is one broken windmill in the rockary  :( 20 deg today and nice blue skies ....making the most of it as the rains back tomorrow .

Wish i bought a water butt  ::)

The sun is shining here today.

I really should consider tidying up the back garden if the wind drops - I had to turn tables upside down, and lay chairs over, as the wind was lifting them yesterday.

It was nice here today, but very windy!!  :o  Then the wind dropped late afternoon, so I nipped out and mowed the lawn.  An hour later it was pissing down again!!  >:(  It just goes to show that you just have to take your chances in life!!!  :)

A couple more feet of rain would have officially made our town an island.  ;D  We are surrounded by rivers so the fish are swimming in four feet of water that used to be a field.  :)
