Oil Level Warning Switch

I have a bad oil leak to my Oil Level Warning Switch and  Iam flumuxed as to how to remove the switch to replace the 'O' ring. Any helpers?
Engine is a 2ltr

what type sump do you have metal type or aluminium.

Sadly on the 2.0 you need to drop the sump to change that O ring.
