i remember dressing up as a giant teddy and went on the town.... the amount of women that wanted cuddles was unreal  :y

Just watched the vid again and i think after watching it probably 20 times i finally get the timing of the cams  ::)

one thing that immediately springs to mind is when you start the car after refitting i'm presuming it's ok to fill it with water.... then once its all ok do a flush and add ya coolant? :)

Not sure what you mean , cant see why your removing any water from system unless i missed something ...unless your replacing the water pump . Not done a cam belt change yet so looking forward to your diy , someone will be along to put you right mate ... :y
When i get some pennies saved i think ill let james change mine while i watch .

Yeah sorry mate. yes, ill be taking off the water pump. although i shan't be replacing it as im not spending any money on ralf (sorry ralf lol) i'd like to have a look at it to see what kinda state its in  :y

My water pump was changed a few weeks back , it had the metal vanes and looked ok but suspect weaping on one of the core's on the back so it was changed .
Yeah ok to flush i would think then top up as normal  :y

Yeah was going to say keep the pics coming , maybe one of you dancing  ;D :y
